If you discover any damage or missing items during the unpacking process, please contact us promptly within 7 days after receiving the package.

Due to the high cost of international logistics, we are unable to accept returns, but we will definitely provide a reasonable compensation solution, such as a refund or free replacement of the damaged item.

Any returns due to damage are determined on a case-by-case basis. Email us with photos of the package, the whole item, and the damaged portion and we will get together with you to find a course of action in alignment with each situation.

Please keep evidence such as your unboxing video and photos. If the external packaging of the product is damaged, please inform us immediately. We will appropriately file a claim with the logistics company.


If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
